Position: Sr. Sales Consultant Compensation: $125K-$200K per year Job Type: Full-Time NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems in the New York City metropolitan area. Our focus is to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver high-quality PV systems. We are dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainable. A Sr. Sales Representative acts as a Home Consultant to educate and meet with local homeowners interested in going solar. They serve as a partner and liaison to the customer throughout the entire process. Responsibilities Educate homeowners about available programs and collect necessary documents for proposals Follow up with all self-generated leads and convert projects to contracts Commit to personal growth and ongoing education Work as a team and HAVE FUN! Requirements At least 2 years of in-home sales experience Strong communication and listening skills Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ability to communicate through multiple platforms (Email, Chatter, WhatsApp) Comfort discussing finances and tax liabilities with homeowners High energy, sense of urgency, ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive starting pay + commission & bonuses — UNCAPPED INCOME!
