NFP is a rapidly growing High-End Women's RTW collection known for it's architectural sweater designs. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, fast moving sales associate to assist at our NYC Boutique starting 9/2/25. We focus on creating unique, convertible knitwear that requires demonstrating the versatile and modern details of each piece. The is a keyholder position in charge of managing the store and being a lead stylist. This position is location at our NYC Upper East Side Boutique, with open days Mon - Sat, 11 - 6 and Sun, 12 - 5. The ideal candidate must have held a keyholder position in the past, and demonstrate exceptional customer service as well as passion for our brand.

Responsibilities Include: -Opening and closing duties with keyholder responsibilities. -Welcome and assist all clients with exceptional customer service. -Strong computer skills with Mac based programs and Shopify -Memorize and learn how the unique designs can be worn in multiple ways, details about the fiber contents, production processes, etc. for confidence and ease in demonstrating to clients -Learn and effectively execute all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures -Maintain professional personal appearance reflecting the NFP aesthetic -Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and merchandised as directed.

You Have: -Minimum 2 years of Specialty Retail sales experience -Someone who enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude and a mature demeanor -A quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities at once -Excellent follow up email and written communication skills a must -A team player, self-starter, punctual and reliable, organized and detail oriented -Flexibility and dependability with schedules including weekends -Strong working knowledge of excel, word, and Mac literate a must -Experience in designer ready-to-wear preferred but not required

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes both an hourly and commission pay
