As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Tampa office and sales team. Position Summary:
The Office / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and leading a team to expand our operations throughout the state of Florida . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven leadership skills, organization, great communication and the ability to manage both people and our in house processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with an eye for outside/inside sales development. Key Responsibilities: Drive branch sales growth through proactive customer engagement, business development, and relationship building. Lead, coach, and develop inside branch staff to achieve sales and performance goals. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and scheduling. Work closely with sales reps and their contractors, builders, and other customers to understand their needs and offer solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with senior leadership and outside sales reps to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Work as a team with warehouse manager. Qualifications: 3+ years of sales management or branch management experience, preferably in building materials, construction supply, or wholesale distribution. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage inventory, logistics, and operational workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business management software. Knowledge of aluminum extrusion products and/or screening materials is a plus (training provided).
