About the Role
A leading oncology diagnostics organization is expanding its national commercial team following a recent acquisition. We are seeking Oncology Sales Managers to drive growth by promoting advanced molecular, NGS, and hematopathology testing to oncologists, pathologists, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you will partner with healthcare providers to expand access to innovative cancer diagnostics and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor for oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare partners. Develop and grow new and existing accounts across your territory. Achieve and exceed territory sales goals through consultative and strategic selling . Represent the company at tumor boards, conferences, and industry events . Maintain regular, meaningful client engagement to ensure long-term partnerships. Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, opportunities, and account activity. Uphold compliance with all relevant healthcare and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, OSHA). What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of success in oncology, diagnostics, or healthcare sales. Strong clinical understanding of oncology testing and its role in treatment decisions. Proven ability to build and expand relationships across oncologists, pathologists, and hospital systems . Excellent communication, organizational, and territory management skills. Motivated by the opportunity to make a direct impact on cancer care .
