Role Description
We are seeking an On-Premise Sales Manager with a go-getter mentality and strong background in the bar industry to grow our presence across Florida, Texas and the Caribbean. The ideal candidate is passionate about Bars, Beverages and Hospitality, confident in presenting high-quality products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The On-Premise Sales Manager will manage sales activities, including making sales presentations and building strong relationships within the beverage industry and will be responsible for Bars, Hotels, and Country Clubs sales in his territory.
The role involves training sales staff and ensuring sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow on-premise sales through distributor partnerships and direct outreach
Conduct product presentations and trainings for bartenders, mixologists, and beverage buyers
Develop menus with existing and new customers to feature Cocktails & Mocktails with our products
Manage activations to boost brand awareness and use at bars, clubs, pool bars, beach bars
Host and participate in brand events (occasional evening or weekend work required)
Negotiate with bartenders and mixologists for brand and drinks visibility at the bars
Manage territory sales planning, weekly reporting, and pipeline development
Represent the Company when necessary and maintain a strong brand image
Ensure the proper use of all available marketing & promotional tools
Collaborate closely with distributor partners to meet sales targets
Conduct regular ride-along with distributor sales representatives
Represent the brand at key trade shows such as BRE, TOTC, BCB
Adapt messaging and strategies by market and product focus
Develop the Company’s network of market leaders
Report on a weekly basis to Head of Beverages
Qualifications
Knowledge of the Bars/Beverage Industry
Experience in Sales Presentations and Sales
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage a sale until the order is received
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Skills in Sales Management, Closing Deal and Team Training
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (French is a plus)
Energetic, open-minded, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Based in Florida or Texas, with flexibility to travel between both states
Good listener to understand consumer needs and deliver the right message and support
Strong communication and presentation skills, Confident, articulate and elegant in delivery
3–5 years of sales experience selling to bars, hotels, cruise lines or working for a distributor or a brand
Organized and MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, PPT) with office and admin tasks (reporting, planning)
Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 15–20 lbs.

Compensation: $65,000-$90,000 per year (Base Salary + Yearly Bonus based on performance)
