As our Boutique Manager, you will not simply oversee operations — you will set the standard . You will be the driving force behind the team’s performance, the face of the boutique , and the trusted advisor to high-profile clients seeking both vision solutions and standout style.
This is not a retail job. It’s an opportunity to lead a refined retail experience with room for strategic influence, brand development, and career advancement .

A luxury sales expert , with a track record of exceeding sales targets and client expectations
A style authority with a strong understanding of frame aesthetics, face shapes, and high-end brand positioning
A clientele professional who builds long-term relationships with a discerning clientele
An operator and strategist who understands the flow of boutique retail — from inventory to merchandising to experience design
?️ Requirements:
5+ years in optical sales , with 2+ years in a management or leadership role
Proven success in luxury or high-end boutique environments
Licensed Optician (preferred)
Outstanding communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence
Fluent in high-touch customer service, premium product presentation, and consultative selling
Strong familiarity with top-tier eyewear brands and independent frame lines
