In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined sales territory by promoting and selling biologics products, primarily in orthopedics and spine specialty,  to hospitals, surgical centers, clinics, and physician offices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procurement teams. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and in-service to educate customers on clinical and economic benefits. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and clinical data. Partner with internal teams (marketing, customer service, clinical specialists) to support sales activities and customer success. Attend regional and national sales meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field. 1-3 years of successful sales experience in the medical device, biologics, or related healthcare sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based environment. Experience in an OR/surgical environment or direct interaction with healthcare providers. Clinical or technical aptitude to understand product applications and procedures.
