We're seeking an elite Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team and close high-value PR contracts ranging from $50K-$200K+ annually. You'll be working qualified, warm leads from our world-class marketing engine and internal SDR team. This is a career-defining opportunity for a proven closer who wants to earn $250K-$400K+ while working with C-suite executives, venture-backed startups, and industry leaders who need PR to scale their businesses. Responsibilities Close high-ticket PR contracts ($4K-$20K+ monthly retainers) Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations with qualified prospects Build relationships with C-level executives, founders, and marketing leaders Master our proven sales framework and consistently hit/exceed monthly quotas Manage deals through the entire sales cycle from first call to signed contract Partner with our world-class PR teams to ensure seamless client onboarding Represent Otter PR at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process optimization Build long-term relationships that drive referrals and upsells Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement Proven track record closing $100K+ deals (annual contract value) 2+ years in consultative/solution selling (marketing services, SaaS, or professional services preferred) Demonstrated success with $200K+ OTE roles and quota overachievement C-suite relationship building experience and executive presence CRM mastery (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) with clean pipeline management What Makes You Elite Hunter mentality with the ability to expand existing accounts Consultative selling approach — you diagnose problems before prescribing solutions Objection handling expertise and advanced closing techniques Industry knowledge in PR, marketing, communications, or related fields Coachable attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement Competitive drive and resilience in a fast-paced environment Professional presentation skills and executive-level communication Compensation & Earning Potential Total Compensation: $150K–$400K+ OTE Structure: Higher base draw in month 1, tapering down over 3 months Commission: 5%–25% uncapped, based on service and deal terms Bonuses: Monthly/quarterly spiffs and performance incentives Benefits & Perks In-office preferred (St. Petersburg HQ) with flexible hybrid options for top performers Unlimited PTO with minimum Premium health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401k with 4% company match + access to financial advisor Gym membership reimbursement or Calm subscription
