What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing and former patients to schedule appointments and encourage follow-up care
- Build rapport and maintain professional, patient-centered communication
- Share information on services, products, and promotions to drive patient engagement
- Occasionally assist with inbound calls to answer questions and schedule appointments
- Document all calls and maintain accurate records in our system
- Achieve and exceed performance goals related to calls, appointments scheduled, and sales metrics
- Collaborate with practice teams to support seamless patient care
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, call center, or healthcare scheduling preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay motivated and meet performance goals
