What Youll Do

Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospects

Follow up with potential clients through phone, text, and email

Present and sell auto, home, and renters insurance

Manage a daily sales pipeline and track performance

Hit sales goals with consistency and energy

What Were Looking For

Strong phone skills and confidence in sales conversations

Grit, discipline, and follow-through

Self-motivated and results-driven

Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance or willing to get licensed fast

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
