About Brighten: Join a sales team that’s shaping the future of tech-powered, value-driven experiences! As a junior outbound sales rep, you’ll prospect, qualify, and champion Brighten’s ecosystem to sponsors, partners, and VIP members. What You’ll Do: Manage your own outbound prospecting pipeline—calls, emails, and social outreach
Understand and communicate Brighten’s differentiated value, tailoring messaging to various sponsor/member targets
Drive first-call discovery, building rapport and asking deeper questions
Collaborate with leadership to refine pitches and offers based on feedback
Meet activity and pipeline development targets; advance leads to next-stage calls and demos
Who You Are: 1+ years in sales, outbound calling, or business development preferred (internship or agency experience counts)
Competitive, self-motivated, and loves building new relationships
Confident with tools (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn)
Strong note-taker and communicator
Interested in events, tech, or membership models, with a hunger for growth in a startup environment
