Position Summary
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound environment? MedPro Disposal is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in Naperville, IL.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation: Identify and target healthcare prospects through cold calling, online research, networking, and strategic outreach.
High-Volume Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to uncover client pain points and communicate our software’s unique value.
Pipeline Management: Build trust and nurture long-term relationships, guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
Product Presentations: Deliver compelling demos tailored to client-specific compliance and safety needs.
CRM Mastery: Track all activity in Salesforce and HubSpot with precision and consistency.
Deal Closing: Overcome objections, tailor solutions, and close deals with confidence and clarit.
Upsell & Cross-Sell: Expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional modules and services.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, especially in outbound or inside sales.
Performance: Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed sales targets.
Healthcare Knowledge (Preferred): Experience selling to healthcare providers or multi-location organizations is a big plus.
Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong ability to present and negotiate.
Hunter Mentality: Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven with the resilience to thrive in a high-volume sales setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred—but not required for candidates with significant relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $100,000+ per year
