Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and close new business across healthcare providers, clinics, staffing agencies, and distributors. Manage and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions. Collaborate directly with the founders on operations, strategy, and scaling processes. Represent Lavender Diagnostics at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Assist with startup operations (CRM updates, order fulfillment, supplier communication) as part of a lean, high-energy team. Qualifications 1–3 years of sales experience (medical or diagnostics preferred) -or a highly driven individual eager to break into sales. A hunter mindset with strong prospecting and closing skills. Excellent multitasking abilities: balance outside sales with operational support. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Willingness to travel up to 50%. What We Offer Competitive base salary $50,000.00 + uncapped commissions (OTE: $50K–$120K+). Direct mentorship and hands-on training from experienced founders.
