What You’ll Do

• Grow sales across your assigned territory in the transport refrigeration market

• Prospect new business through cold calls, site visits, and industry networking

• Build lasting relationships with fleet owners, operators, and service managers

• Recommend equipment solutions that cut customer operating costs

• Work closely with parts and service teams to deliver complete solutions

• Use CRM tools to track progress, forecast sales, and manage accounts

• Measure undercarriages and get hands-on with customer equipment when needed

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with all road and weather conditions

• Support marketing and sales plans related to HVAC, trailer, and reefer equipment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience (transport refrigeration, trailers, or heavy equipment a plus)

• Skilled in territory management and customer acquisition

• Valid Class C CDL license and clean driving record

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems

• Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive without micromanagement
