Join the Pape' Team! WHAT YOU'LL DO: In this Outside Sales role, you will be in a lucrative career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be serving as a trusted advisor to customers, selling agriculture equipment parts and service packages, and ensuring our customers' equipment operates at peak performance throughout its lifecycle. Once the customer purchases the equipment, you take the lead in keeping them running strong. You'll serve as the vital link between Pape's Parts and Service Departments and the customers who depend on our machinery every day. Daily Responsibilities: Driving relationship-based sales by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and becoming their go-to resource for all things parts and service. Providing tailored solutions by recommending the right parts, maintenance, and service packages to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Proactively managing accounts , identifying opportunities to grow sales, and helping customers avoid costly downtime through preventative care. Collaborating internally with our technical teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product support. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to form strong relationships with customers. Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans. Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment parts and service. Experience working with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and basic business reporting. Driver's license with a good driving record.
