Role Overview

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. This role is all about building relationships, developing new opportunities, and turning customers into long-term partners. You’ll meet clients face-to-face, uncover their needs, and work with our operations team to deliver solutions that get the job done right.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meet customers in person to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with operations to design and deliver reliable, achievable solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Negotiate strategically with new and existing customers
  • Provide input on regional marketing strategies and growth opportunities
    Requirements:
    • Proven outside sales experience
    • Strong consultative sales skill
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills
    • Organized, disciplined, and self-directed
    • Proficient with standard software applications
    • Maintain the highest integrity and transparency at all times

    Work Load Expectations

    • 40-50 hours per week, with significant autonomy
    • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to meet customer needs
    • Split between the field/customer visits, and home office work
    • Some overnight travel required.
