Webuild () is seeking an accomplished Business Development / Sales Professional (Outside Sales Manager) to lead client relationship management and sales initiatives for one of the western United States leading environmental drilling organizations.


The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, including at least 2 years in the environmental services sector with a focus on environmental or geotechnical drilling, consulting, testing, and/or specialty contracting. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven ability to identify and secure business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and establish profitable accounts. Core responsibilities include developing and executing targeted business plans, aligning sales efforts with the company’s strategic strengths, and tracking performance to achieve growth and revenue objectives. Additional duties will include cross-selling to existing clients, generating and qualifying new leads (both warm and cold), managing bids, negotiating contracts, coordinating billing, maintaining marketing collateral, and representing the company at industry events and networking functions.

The Outside Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with the senior leadership team and operational staff to support environmental drilling projects, including soil and groundwater investigations, monitoring well installation, direct push, hollow stem auger, sonic drilling, air hammering, and other subsurface sampling techniques across the Western United States (California, Nevada, Arizona). Familiarity with drilling equipment such as sonic rigs, hollow stem augers, mud rotary, and direct push systems is strongly preferred.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
