Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead our Michigan sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving revenue growth, mentoring the sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the stone and building materials industry. We equip our team with the tools to succeed, including cloud-based systems like Repsly and Stone Profit System—covering inventory, accounting, CRM, and sales tracking—all accessible on the go. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share. Build and maintain long-term client relationships while seeking new business opportunities. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on products and market demands. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Lead, train, and motivate a team of outside sales representatives. Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales—experience in the stone or building materials industry is strongly preferred. Prior experience managing a sales team and driving measurable revenue growth. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
