Primary Responsibilities: Promote, sell and secure new accounts for the company related product lines Services existing accounts with necessary products, time and information. Prepare, coordinate and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates and service obligations to customers/contractors. Assist in the collection of accounts receivable. Prepare and input orders as necessary. Inform company of competitive prices, products and market-related information. Estimate materials from blue prints supplied by customer/contractor. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand Secondary Responsibilities: Assist operations teams with order verification and writing as a “second set of eyes” when schedule allows Assist operations teams with review of revised project documents / changes when schedule allows Education and Experience: B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred 3+ years of experience specializing in the Door, Frames, and Hardware Field Success Factors: High level of organization skills.
