Outside Sales Representative - Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Houston, TX

• They are adding an Outside Sales Representative for the Houston market with a focus on concrete repair and restoration. In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will sell the full product portfolio while leading with repair expertise combining technical know-how with business development to deliver tailored proposals and coordinate safe, efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Build a territory plan targeting owners, GCs, and specialty subs for concrete repair/restoration scopes.
  
• Sell labor-inclusive repair packages and cross-sell access, containment, and shoring for turnkey delivery.
  
• Develop pricing with operations; compile equipment/labor assumptions and schedules for accurate quotes.
  
• Negotiate terms within guidelines; secure awards, extensions, and change orders.
  
• Maintain disciplined pipeline, activity notes, and forecasting in CRM
  
• Complete prequalification, safety documentation, and contract routing.
  
• Support job kickoffs and handoffs to ensure safe, efficient field execution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of labor contract sales experience
  
• Concrete repair/restoration background (field, estimating, or project sales).
  
• CRM proficiency with consistent pipeline hygiene.
  
• Scaffold/access familiarity preferred; ability to read drawings/specs

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 120k/year plus commission
