Outside Sales Representative - Marine Products - Base Salary to 65k/year - Conyers, GA

• Our client, a Plastics & Foam Manufacturer, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to source new sales opportunities & manage existing accounts within the Rotational Molding (Marine) Division.
  
• In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to customers within the designated sales territory.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Selling Rotational Molded Products within the Marine Industry
  
• Develop Sales Plan & Assume Ownership of the plan and results
  
• Build and actively manage sales funnel
  
• Manage the proposal process, price quotes and deliver within established limits
  
• Increase Sales & prospect New Customers
  
• Forecast and track key account metrics including sales forecasts, results and annual forecast projections
  
• Monitor competition & market trends related to pricing & products
  
• Work in conjunction with other departments to solve customer issues
  
• Provide support for marketing and communication programs- Trade Shows, Articles, Web & Brochures
• Travel expectations: 4/5 days of the week across territory, 4-6 weeks in the beginning for training onsite (hotel provided)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or other related Discipline
  
• 2+ years of Outside Sales Experience
  
• Excellent Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills
  
• Ability to travel Weekly (80%)

Compensation:

• Base salary to 65k/year
  
• Guaranteed Commission for first 6 months of employment (1500/month)
  
• Uncapped commissions after 6 months of employment
