Outside Sales Representative – Specialty Steel Location : Michigan (with travel to Eastern Canada) Job Type : Full-time SB Specialty Metals is seeking a motivated and independent Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial sales and a strong interest in the specialty steel industry. Key Responsibilities Grow revenue and expand the customer base within the assigned territory, which is parts of MI & Eastern Canada. Conduct regular customer visits and pursue new business opportunities (50%+ travel required). Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and technical support. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Sales, Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred), or Experience : 5+ years in outside sales within the specialty steel industry (Tool Steel experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the territory 50%-75%. Some overnight travel required. Competitive base salary plus monthly commission.
