Outside Sales Representative

AlphaGraphics is a leading provider of custom print, signage, and marketing solutions, dedicated to helping businesses grow with high-quality visual communication products. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Identify & Prospect Develop and implement strategies to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach.
• Consultative Sales Understand client needs and propose custom signage, printing, and marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
• Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to decision-makers in various industries.
• Market Research Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Team Work closely with production, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in printing, signage, or B2B services.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM software (PrintSpeak preferred but not required).
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding solutions is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
