Position Summary

As a Senior Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, closing, and managing full-scope restoration projects from inspection through final install. You will guide homeowners through insurance claims and advocate for them while ensuring every detail of the project is handled with care. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage leads in storm-damaged areas using advanced software and field intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth property inspections for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and related exterior systems.
• Confidently educate homeowners on insurance claim processes and restoration timelines.
• Collaborate with adjusters and insurance providers to ensure proper scope and approval.
• Deliver detailed, accurate estimates and present comprehensive restoration solutions.
• Own your sales pipeline end-to-end: generate leads, follow up, close deals, and maintain documentation in CRM.
• Partner with production teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Represent AllPhase as a senior industry expert at networking events, homeowner meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
• Mentor junior sales reps and contribute to team-wide growth initiatives when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in roofing, storm restoration, or exterior construction.
• Hands-on experience managing insurance claims from inspection to final payment.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and exterior restoration scopes.
• Expert understanding of Ohio Revised Code as it applies to storm restoration and insurance.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals ($1M+ annually preferred).
• Self-starter with elite closing skills and a strategic, solutions-based approach.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and experienced with CRM systems and project documentation tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Compensation Structure

We offer a highly competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers. New hires receive a fixed transitional salary during the first 30 days of onboarding. After ramp-up, reps receive a guaranteed base offsetting benefit costs, in addition to commission and bonus potential. Top earners regularly exceed six figures.
