The Outside Sales Representative is best suited for someone who:

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve/exceed established annual sales goals
  • Spend the majority of time in the field with clients and partners presenting solutions and developing relationships
  • Learn and specialize in assigned vertical markets through ongoing training and immersion
  • Perform on-site responsibilities including field measures and project assessments
  • Partner with our design team to develop and present solutions and meet client needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans for new and existing accounts and account partners
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive insights
  • Uncover new opportunities, generate leads, and close business
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the territory

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Successful B2B sales experience required
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory (majority of working hours will be spent in the field; car serves as a mobile office, often with colleagues, vendors, or sales leadership joining

Compensation: $50,000-$250,000 plus. This is a 100% commission-based role, post onboarding period, with uncapped earning potential
