We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive new business growth, nurture existing customer relationships, and represent our company as the first point of contact for clients in the cosmetics and glass decoration sectors. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong market awareness and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Management Hunt for new business while managing and growing existing accounts. Develop leads, research market opportunities, and recruit new customers. Conduct in‑person client meetings and presentations. Sales Strategy & Execution Prepare and submit pricing packages to customers; collaborate with the Executive VP and sales support teams. Build and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Perform sales demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively. Market Analysis & Reporting Analyze sales KPIs, customer positioning, and broader market trends. Prepare annual forecasts, sales reports, and marketing-related updates as required. Lead weekly/monthly internal service meetings to track project progress and open quotes. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution Serve as the first line of response for customer claims and care. Collaborate with internal departments, including Quality, to address non‑conformities. Ensure strong communication that enhances customer loyalty. General Perform additional duties as required by company leadership. Qualifications Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience. 3+ years of outside/field sales experience , preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience with glass decoration processes and/or packaging decoration/printing is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop pipelines, and close deals. Strong business acumen with an understanding of market trends and forecasting.
