We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help us continue to expedite growth in our market. This is a critical position in our company. This includes a lucrative compensation opportunity for a person with developed sales skills and an ambitious mindset! We offer a competitive base salary plus commission (no draw). An OSR with our company can expect to earn between $ 55,000 to $ 75,000 annually or more. We do not have a cap on commission.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop a marketing plan based on current and potential accounts. This includes property managers, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, and trade partners within our target territory.
Document goals and progress in weekly sales reports.
Sales Reporting weekly that includes new leads, new business, sales numbers vs goals, and planned sales routes.
Develop sales routes based on marketing plan for daily visits and meetings. This position requires 80% in the field with face-to-face meetings.
Prospect, plan, and actively market daily to create lead generation sources.
Provide customized presentations based on needs assessment to potential clients.
Update CRM daily with business contacts, meetings, and events daily.
Participate in local networking and association events
Join in production meetings daily to determine new business, leads and contacts.
Follow-up with business clients during and after work is complete ensuring excellent service.
Visit job sites to meet clients and learn our process
Create presentations. Order brochures and other sales tools.
Coordinate events including lunch and learns and networking presentations.
Requirements:
2+ Years successful record in outside sales is a must.
Goal oriented & results driven
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients in person and by phone
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Strategic thinker and planner
Organized and detail oriented with time management skills.
Must have initiative to be constantly learning the industry and STOP processes. This is critical for excellent customer service and developing effective sales presentations.
Must be able to work independently with little direction and as part of a team.
Must have Word, Excel, and CRM experience.
Must have a valid PA drivers license and good driving record.
Must be willing to submit to and successfully pass a background check.
Must have a professional and approachable appearance with a friendly demeanor
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 800 AM to 430 PM plus occasional after-hours events.
Compensation Package:
Competitive Base Salary depending on skillset and experience.
Commission based on monthly mitigation sales paid monthly. With commission, expected earnings of $ 55,000 to $ 75,000. No cap on commissions and no draw.
