Job Description
Job Desc/Summary: Sales Representatives establish relationships within the geographic territory to drive rental revenue and equipment sales. Understanding the customers needs on projects and providing a solid solution is essential. increase market share by utilizing company’s CRM to identify past customers within the territory and upcoming projects. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining ongoing relationships with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Provide a positive selling experience for each customer, acknowledging, interacting with, and building relationships with customers, creating customer loyalty.
- Work with the Vice President to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual rental and sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current projects and customers in the territory.
- Leverage CRM to maximize revenue within territory
- Adheres to all retail policies and procedures.
- Precisely facilitate equipment rental process.
- Communicate with other team members and management to leverage relationships.
- Anticipate guest needs, exceeds expectations, and adhere to the Black Diamond legendary service standards.
- Engage in building long lasting relationships through weekly customer entertaining
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or relevant education with proper training; prior commissioned territory sales experience or training in relevant industry with proven track record of success; excellent customer service and presentation skills; strong abstract reasoning skills; financial creativity as related. Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of company driver's policy.
