We're seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative for a Merch, Swag and Uniform company focused on new business acquisition through cold outreach and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships from scratch, enjoys the chase, and is motivated by results.

You will be on the front linesopening doors, sparking interest, and setting the foundation for long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients within target markets
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads
  • Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and schedule discovery meetings
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and manage follow-up communication
  • Collaborate with marketing and account management to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and closed business

  • A persuasive communicator with excellent phone presence and writing skills
  • Unafraid of cold callingtenacious, confident, and goal-oriented
  • Self-starter who thrives with independence and responsibility
  • Able to handle rejection and move on quickly
  • Bonus points if you have B2B sales or outbound experience
