What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
- Manage customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and coordinating deliveries
- Present tailored, solution-driven proposals to help customers succeed
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs
- Spend time in the field cultivating and strengthening customer relationships
What You Bring
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Are mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
- Have an established network in the industry or a strong ability to build one
- Excel in both verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
- Can lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
