Outside Sales Representative – Industrial Field Solutions (Veteran-Preferred)

Territory: Seattle, Tacoma, Milton, and surrounding areas (PNW Region)

Commitment: Full-Time

Estimated Base Salary: $69,000 – $80,000 + Commissions

Vehicle Reimbursement Program Included

Work Style: Remote / field-based. Must reside in the Seattle–Tacoma–Milton area and be able to visit clients onsite across the territory several days per week.

About the Role:

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a national leader in engineered pump, tank, filtration, and containment systems. This is a territory-based field sales role focused on solving real-world challenges for customers across construction, ag, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate is a veteran or values-driven professional with a proven ability to lead, build relationships, and deliver solutions in the field. If you've led missions, managed operations, or understand the language of job sites—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow a defined North PNW territory through face-to-face sales
• Quote projects, negotiate pricing, and manage client expectations
• Solve problems with mobile water movement systems: pumps, tanks, filtration, and containment
• Deepen existing client relationships while developing new business
• Conduct Brown Bag events, Tow & Shows, and attend relevant trade associations
• Collaborate with internal branch teams on product availability, delivery, and service
• Promote full-service solutions including system design, install, and operation
• Maintain accurate CRM and reporting
• Be a culture carrier for safety and customer-first service

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales or field-based leadership (military experience welcome)
• Strong communication and solution-selling skills
• Familiar with CRM and quoting tools
• Based in Seattle–Tacoma–Milton region (required)
• Technical understanding of pumps, irrigation, or fluid systems is a plus—but not required
• Comfortable working independently while managing a pipeline
