Are you a people person with a passion for technology? We're looking for a  Residential Sales Consultant  to join our team, helping new homeowners in the DC Metropolitan area design their ideal smart home. You'll work directly with customers, guiding them through options for security, networking, audio/video, and solar systems.
What You'll Do Consult with Homebuyers:  Meet with customers one-on-one to understand their needs and explain smart home, security, and audio/video systems.
Design and Plan:  Create custom home design plans based on customer consultations and our services.
Drive Sales:  Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
Stay Informed:  Keep up to date on our services, products, and internal processes.

Organized and Detail-Oriented:  You have excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Customer-Focused:  You're committed to providing a professional and clear experience for every customer.
Flexible:  You're able to work a flexible schedule, which includes Saturdays.
Qualifications Experience:  Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We're open to candidates with a history of consistent, stable work.
Education:  High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid Driver's License:  You must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Background Check:  You must be willing to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
