About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representiatve, you’ll play a key role in expanding our real estate investment portfolio. You’ll meet with homeowners in person, assess their unique situations, and use your top-notch negotiation skills to secure property acquisition contracts. You’ll also manage follow-ups with leads, re-engage potential sellers, and drive deals to completion — all from the comfort of a remote position in Jacksonville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person sales meetings with homeowners in the Jacksonville area to assess their needs and negotiate property purchase agreements
• Drive follow-up with leads to maximize conversion and close deals
• Participate in dynamic weekly training sessions and team meetings
• Hit — and exceed — personal and company acquisition goals
• Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to succeed (some weekend work may be required)
