Responsibilities: Engage with residential customers to understand their HVAC needs and offer suitable solutions. Conduct in-home consultations to assess space, energy efficiency, and comfort requirements. Present and explain HVAC products, services, and financing options in a clear and professional manner. Generate leads through company-provided inquiries, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. Provide accurate pricing estimates and written proposals for new installations and replacements. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay informed on HVAC products, promotions, and industry trends (training provided).
Requirements: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or in-home consultations is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
