What You’ll Do: We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Outside Sales Expert to join our Pittsburg, TX team. If you love connecting with people, are driven by success, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role is for you!

As a Trailer Expert, you’ll: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding customer needs and matching them with the perfect trailer solutions. Drive sales growth by prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and closing deals with confidence. Be the go-to expert , staying informed on all product features, specifications, pricing, and market trends. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and continuously improve the customer experience. Showcase our brand at community and industry events, representing Work Trailers with pride and professionalism. Always be learning , improving your sales skills, market knowledge, and product expertise. Customer engagement, Regularly travel to customer sites, coordinated with the General Manager, to build long-term relationships and actively promote the sales, parts, and service capabilities of Work Trailers.

What You’ll Bring: We believe in hiring for attitude and energy first , but here’s what will help you thrive in this role: A passion for sales and a drive to be part of a winning team. Proven sales experience in the trailer or related industries. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with customers. A self-starter mentality with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a bonus!). Strong negotiation and closing abilities. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus—but not required.
