Your Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with mostly residential clients to understand their fencing needs and present customized solutions. You'll play a vital role in growing our customer base while building long-term relationships rooted in trust and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess fencing needs
• Follow our established sales process to guide clients from consultation to close
• Create and present tailored fencing proposals and solutions
• Maintain accurate records, measurements, and notes using our CRM system
• Collaborate with installers and operations to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay current on fencing products and installation practices to provide expert advice
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability (some evenings/weekends)
• Close deals with confidence while maintaining a customer-first approach

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (fencing industry preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
• Problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs
