Key Requirements:

Construction Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Our client is a leading supplier of industrial rubber products, gaskets, hoses, and sealing solutions.
Must have experience in industrial manufacturing sales
Develop and execute a sales plan to grow accounts within the construction industry.
Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads to expand the customer base.
Promote and sell a wide range of rubber, gasket, hose, and sealing products.
Conduct site visits to construction projects and meet with project managers, purchasing agents, and contractors.
Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Prepare and deliver quotes, bids, and proposals in a timely and professional manner.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, operations, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
