About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, you'll work in the telecommunications industry, representing cutting-edge products and services to local businesses. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory

• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to understand their telecom needs

• Present and sell voice, internet, and data solutions tailored to client needs

• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

• Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools

• Stay informed about telecom products, services, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed

• Willingness to work in a field/outside sales environment

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
