Lotus Marketing is looking for energetic, outgoing Field Representatives to join our team As a rep, you'll engage with the community in high-traffic areas — shopping centers, transit stops, local events, or door-to-door — helping qualified individuals enroll in free phone service through the Lifeline program. **No cold calling — all outreach is face-to-face in public spaces. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage outreach tables at assigned locations Educate community members about the free phone program Assist applicants with completing enrollments via tablet or mobile device Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times What We Offer Weekly Pay Bonus incentives for high-performing reps Weekends off (Monday–Friday schedule) Paid major holidays + your birthday off All equipment & training provided Opportunities for growth and promotion What We're Looking For Outgoing, people-oriented, with strong communication skills Must have an smartphone or tablet with internet access Must be willing to travel to Allentown, PA weekly to pick up inventory (every 2 weeks after probationary period) Willing to work Monday–Friday Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors/in public Lifeline experience preferred (but not required) Must have your own vehicle 18+ years old with valid ID & SSN Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $ $950.00 per week Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
