The Filter Shop team is excited to offer an Outside Sales position for our new Lincoln, NE office. This is a great opportunity in a growing industry and the potential to earn 6-figures for a motivated Sales professional!

We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment and is driven to exceed customer expectations. As a sales-oriented company, we are looking to create “Raving Fans”, not just satisfied customers.

At The Filter Shop, we provide solutions for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. We are recognized as a Master Distributor and offer a full-line of products. We are a growing company looking to expand in the Nebraska market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic work environment that supports each other in working towards a common goal.

Our ideal Outside Sales Representative:

• Works well within a team environment and independently

• Has the desire and ability to learn about our growing industry (we have a great team to back you up and support you)

• Is able to drive and manage the entire sales process - targeting prospects, identifying solutions and closing new business

• Brings in new customers, which will require door knocking and cold calling

• Is comfortable working with decision makers and maintain relationships

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum sales experience of 5 years

• Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong math skills

• Demonstrated track record of closing new business

• Valid Driver’s license

Details:

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

• No weekends!

• Our products provide for repeat ordering, allowing for unlimited compensation potential

• Paid training

The Filter Shop will provide you with the tools you need to get you where you want to be. We are a growing company with a Service team and the only “Online Filter Management System” in Nebraska and Iowa.
