Specializing in glass products and services, this role focuses on generating new business and building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in sales and a passion for exceeding targets.

Compensation: $80,000 salary first 6 months, then 10% commission. Great earning potential and room for growth.

• Identify and target potential customers through strategic market research
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to consistently exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and loyalty
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual value
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and grow the client base

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the glass or construction industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
