Outside Sales / Account Development Executive
This is a unique opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors, visiting prospective businesses, pitching the program, and guiding them through the application process. Additionally, you'll coordinate recruitment events and work on driving referrals through community organizations. This position requires travel, up to two hours driving distance, and offers the potential to earn commission.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns (up to 2-hour driving distance).
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
- Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Essential Skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- 1+ years of experience in an outside sales environment
- Field sales experience is required
- Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technologies
- Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily
Work Environment
Preferred locations include Middlesboro, KY and Knoxville, TN. The role involves working 4 days in the field with the remaining time working from home. This setup allows for a dynamic and flexible work environment, engaging with the local community while having the convenience of remote work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
