We are seeking ambitious, results-oriented Outside Sales Representatives with a strong background in B2B sales to identify, engage, and onboard new clients . In this role, you will drive new business acquisition by presenting VoIPNETICS’ solutions to business owners and C-level executives in industries such as healthcare, education, insurance, retail, legal, and professional services.
Your primary mission will be to cultivate lasting client relationships , understand each business’s communication needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability . As a VoIPNETICS sales representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by prospecting opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, and closing contracts that provide measurable value to our customers.
Requirements
Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or SaaS industries. Strong ability to generate leads, prospect new clients, and close sales while maintaining a healthy pipeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present solutions clearly and confidently to business owners and decision-makers. Knowledge of VoIP, Unified Communications, Cloud PBX, and telecom services is highly desirable (training will be provided). Ability to understand customer needs and provide a consultative sales approach that builds trust and long-term relationships. Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and deal-closing strategies. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus), quoting tools, and digital collaboration platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Goal-driven and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Comfortable learning and explaining technical solutions to non-technical clients in simple, relatable terms. High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent sales experience).
