Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners.
  • Assess issues within the home and design the best solution for each customer.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare detailed proposals (including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing, and job worksheets).
  • Follow up with customers via phone and in-person visits as needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of outside sales or in-home consultation experience preferred.
  • Experience in home inspection, residential sales, or home improvement is a plus.
  • Construction knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes.
  • Strong listening, communication, closing, and follow-up skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
