Company Overview

Rolling Suds is the largest power washing company in America operating in over 200 territories across 35 states. We recently expanded our operations to San Jose. We are looking for an ambitious sales focused employee who is eager to join in at the ground level to be apart of one of the fastest growing exterior cleaning startups in Silicon Valley. Your role will be to close warm inbound residential and commercial sales leads. In addition to closing leads provided to you by the company, you will also be expected to go into the field to generate new commercial customers and expand business development.

Responsibilities

• Sales for residential and commercial power washing services
• Leads are generated by the company and all appointments are set by our office manager
• 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects
• 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks
• Mange our CRM program and handle customer outreach
• Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development
• All training is provided and training is a never-ending focus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred but not required
• Proven track record of success

• Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required
• A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required
