Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and marketing teams across your territory. Identify prospect needs and present customized, results-focused marketing strategies. Sell a suite of integrated advertising solutions, including advanced digital marketing, targeted campaigns, and traditional media options. Conduct in-person client meetings, strategy sessions, and product presentations. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide timely sales reports.
Qualifications
Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Experience selling digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, PPC, targeted campaigns) highly preferred. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to both “hunt” and “farm” accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus. Background in agriculture, equipment sales, or marketing sales a strong plus for territory alignment.
