Description: Job Summary: As an Infusion & Specialty Account Executive, you will be responsible for helping oversee specific regions of our company’s infusion & specialty sales operations. The role requires strong sales skills along with product knowledge to help empower and support our overall sales team in order to meet sales goals and performance metrics. Duties & Responsibilities: These include, but are not limited to: Drive new business for Specialty Prescriptions with a focus on IVIG, MS, Hemophilia, and Rheumatology. Build relationships with Specialty Offices and Case Managers that will lead to additional services and /sales tailored to specific patient needs. Expand industry connections through participation in networking events. Following up with clients for feedback on their sales experience and overall satisfaction. Helping create training presentations for new hires. Meeting with clients in person and over the phone to stay updated on their needs. Researching market trends to identify new potential clients and generate new leads for the Infusion & Specialty sales team. Requirements: Desired Skills: At least 1 year of outside Home Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Sales, or Medical Sales (Preferred) LVN or RN's encouraged to apply Proven track record of documented results and hitting sales goals. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with key and prospective clients. Time management skills to handle deadlines, client calls, agent coaching sessions, and collaborator meetings. Leadership abilities to bolster sales performance and help struggling associates overcome roadblocks. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address client concerns and/or the ability to simultaneously handle multiple complex patient needs A bachelor’s degree with a major in business, finance, marketing, or communication is preferred. Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly encouraged Spanish
