"Are you ready to jumpstart your sales career and make a real impact in the industry? Join Cor-Tech International's Outside Sales team as a Business Development Specialist, where you'll have the opportunity to take the lead on expanding our client base and driving sales results in your assigned market territories. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll develop and implement strategies to generate new clients and expand current ones, create and manage your own Sales Pipeline, and follow a consultative sales process to develop new business opportunities. What you'll do: With a minimum of 10 new client appointments and 3 customer service visits per week, you'll have the chance to build a strong network of industry professionals and make a name for yourself in the field. And with a daily and weekly business development schedule, you'll work closely with the VP of Sales to achieve your individual gross margin dollar objectives. To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas is required, as well as an Associates Degree or at least 3 years of business experience in a related field. Physical Requirements: Physical demands include the ability to talk or hear, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The work environment is usually moderate, and work will be in several areas Modesto/Stockton/Tracy." The pay range starts at $50k/year (depending on experience), plus great commission plan.
