What You’ll Do
Sell technical die-cut components and converted materials to clients in medical, industrial, electronics, automotive, and other markets. Identify new potential opportunities through qualifying while prospecting: research, referrals, conduct cold calling and proactive prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline. Manage and grow territory through new business development and long-term client relationships. Partner with customers to develop and deliver custom-engineered solutions. Collaborate across engineering, operations, and executive teams to solve complex challenges. Conduct domestic and international travel as needed. Candidates must possess a valid Real ID and Passport for travel requirements.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in sectors such as medical devices, electronics, automotive, adhesive converting, die cutting, or film extrusion Proven track record in technical sales, especially with new product development teams and engineers Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI Excellent relationship-building and territory management skills A hunter mentality with the persistence and confidence to prospect new accounts CRM experience and a structured sales process Energetic, personable, and success-driven Must be based in the Chicago area
