About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Overseas Sales General Managers to lead sales operations in our key international markets (as listed above).
What You'll Do
• Build, manage, and train regional sales teams to drive outstanding sales performance and meet business targets.
• Develop and execute localized sales & marketing strategies, informed by in-depth research into regional market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Drive new client acquisition and business expansion, while nurturing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to boost loyalty.
• Analyze market and sales data to provide insights for product development and business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless business operations.
• Represent the company at regional industry trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to elevate brand awareness and market influence.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Marketing, International Trade, Bioengineering, or related fields preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales management experience, with prior overseas sales management experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with the assigned region's market environment and business culture is essential.
• Demonstrated track record of success in market expansion and client relationship management, plus access to solid existing customer resource networks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to exceed targets.
• Fluent in both English and the local language of the assigned region, enabling barrier-free communication with clients.
• Willing and able to work overseas on a long-term basis, with strong adaptability, resilience under pressure, and proficiency in cross-cultural communication.

• Competitive salary package: Basic salary + bonus commission + overseas allowance. The specific salary will be determined through negotiation based on the individual's capabilities and experience.
